DIY Seasoning Blend: Lemon Pepper Salt
Makes 1/3 cup
This homemade simple seasoning blend lends a spiced, fresh, lemony taste to fish, vegetables, chicken and steak. Use to season before and after cooking.
2 tablespoons peppercorns
2 tablespoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons kosher salt
Use a spice grinder or bottom of a small skillet to crush the peppercorns to desired size. Combine with remaining ingredients and store in an airtight container.
