SALSA VERDE 2.0

Ingredients:

1 bunch parsley, stems and leaves roughly chopped

2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/4-1/3 cup olive oil

1-1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve room temperature cover and chill until ready to use.
